Management accounting data

Hi there I have a small business and we use a point of sale software called retail express and I wanted a dashboard created to see exactly how much money daily in profit I’m making.

At the moment we have a number of sku’s and different profit margins for the items we sell but no daily profit margins which include fixed costs and no easy dashboard on my computer for me to see & and to see what sales staff member their individual profit and loss.

Really like some help on this.
