I'm looking for an experienced management accountant to help with various accounting tasks.
MUST HAVE - qualified chartered accountant - minimum 10 years experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: I need assistance in preparing detailed financial reports to ensure we have a clear picture of our financial standing.
- Budget Forecasting: You'll be responsible for creating a reliable budget forecast to assist in our financial planning and decision-making processes.
- Tax Preparation: I require support in preparing and filing taxes for the company to ensure compliance and minimize our tax burden.
- UK Company Secretary: Knowledge of UK company laws and regulations is crucial in this role. You'll be responsible for ensuring we are compliant with all statutory requirements.
- Valuation + Investment: You will assist in the valuation of our company and in supporting investment decisions.
Would like someone based in India but with knowledge of UK law.
