Currently I'm heading the Finance Department of the Organization &
responsible for below while providing directions to the Directors for Decision making.
Also I'm providing financial advisory services as well.
In that various Reconciliations performed & therefore I'm confident that I can achieve your work in satisfactory level.
Herewith listing down few of my Responsibilities & capabilities for your references.
✓ In charge of the Finance department & Managing the Finance team of 11 Members heading towards the accomplishment of corporate Objectives as a team.
✓ Responsible for presentation of financial reports to the Board of Directors with analysis.
✓ Receivable Management.
✓ Overlooking the Treasury Function of the Organization & ensure the funds used effectively.
✓ Payable Management (Local & Overseas)
✓ Ensure the Company is full compliance with the Tax laws without issues.
✓ Certifying all the company payments & All the GL entries in SAP.
✓ Guiding the team & coordinated annual audits and tax audits with the auditors & guide the finance team.
✓ Ensure the daily & monthly Collection reports were timely shared with stakeholders.
✓ Certifying all the company payments & All the GL entries in SAP.
✓ Handling the various incoming Demands from operations & report requirements on time.
✓ Supervision of outward advances & ensure the strict adherence with company policies.
✓ Ensure all the operational teams are working in line with the Company’s Financial policies.
✓ Checking the Planned program line up’s & ensure the accuracy of them without leakages in terms of cost & revenues.
✓ Dealing with internal & External Auditors
✓ Dealing with Department of Inland Revenue for taxation matters.
