Manage QuickBooks with Web-Based Construction Software

Our SaaS company is looking for a very long-term team member who can provide integration support to our customers who need to integrate our construction software with their QuickBooks account. This is not a coding job. This is a full-time position with 36-46 hours/week. Although you will work with developers, you will not do any coding.
If you do not have extensive experience helping QuickBooks users connect to other software, do NOT apply.
Must have strong written and spoken English skills as you will be meeting with customers daily.
Other integrations that you will be expected to learn include: Xero, Zapier, Stripe, etc.
You will be expected to be the company expert when it comes to helping our customers integrate our software with other software solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Initial setup of new integrations
- Troubleshooting any issues that may arise
- Providing ongoing maintenance and support
- Assisting developers in identifying issues and solutions
- Coordinating with product team integration enhancements
- Training team members on the basics of the integrations
- Working with small team of integration specialists
- Identifying new integration opportunities
Requirements
- Self motivated

- Extensive QuickBooks experience
- Experience of construction accounting
- Prior integration experience
- Great communication skills

Work Hours
- This is a full-time position for 40 hours/week. Could be more or less if your needs require it.
- Must work between 8AM EST - 6PM EST time range. Monday - Friday.
