Malpractice Lawsuit Assistance, Seeking Compensation

With this project, getting financial compensation from a previous attorney's negligence is my goal. Specifically, my previous lawyers missed the Statute of limitations to file suit on two separate cases exceeding $1M each and all were insured at time they committed the malpractice.

The freelancer will need ability to draft a straightforward complaint meeting all TN statutory and rule requirements, preparation of admissions, and roggs, etc.
