Malaysia Nominee Director

Looking for Nominee Director in Malaysia
I have a very unique problem with my Sdn. Bhd.- we are an operating company, since 2019, a small Digital Marketing agency with two partners- one Canadian (me), and one Malaysian; but now the Malaysian partner is leaving the company (found a higher paying government job).
As a result, we are now "technically" without a local partner/director, and need to replace him with a nominee so that we can keep operating the company, since SSM requires at least one Malaysian director. We have a small turnaround (around 100k/year).
All of our books are in order- we have got a very good cosec, accountant, and auditor already who always produce everything on time.
I am in very good terms with the previous partner- although his job does not allow him to remain the director of a private company, as it is a conflict of interests. So he has to leave and be replaced.
I'm hoping to find someone to replace him as "nominee director", but so far all quotes I've received from accounting firms have been insane (3k+). I hope I can find someone cheaper here.
Your only duty will be to sign our audits and resolutions once a year. We are a small and legitimate company, I will be happy to show you our books from the previous and current years to confirm it.
