I need ongoing help keeping our accounts up to date in MYOB Business. Your main focus will be accurate data entry, managing rule groups, rate cards on Astute payroll system. End-to-end payroll processing for a small team. Familiarity with Astute Payroll is essential.
Scope of work
• Post and allocate all transactions in MYOB Business.
• Raising sales invoices.
• Prepare and lodge payroll via Astute, ensuring payslips, super and entitlements are correct and . compliant.
• Maintain clear records so monthly and year-end reporting can be produced quickly.
I’ll provide secure remote access to our files and a simple checklist of coding rules; you keep the file clean, balanced and ready for my review. If you have solid MYOB Business skills and Knowledge of Astute payroll system—let’s talk about the next steps and timing of the first reconciliation.
