I'm seeking a seasoned accountant for my newly established UK LTD photography company. Your task will involve managing our financial records, preparing our tax returns, and ensuring we comply with UK tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Preparing tax returns
- Ensuring compliance with UK tax regulations
Our operations are primarily based in the EMEA region, with vendors located internationally. We have numerous small expenses, including travel, equipment rentals, and office purchases, despite our income volume not being high.
We use Xero for our accounting, so familiarity with this software is a plus. I require financial reports to be generated monthly.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as an accountant, particularly with small businesses
- Familiarity with UK tax regulations
- Experience in the photography industry is a bonus
- Proficient in Xero or Quickbooks
- Able to generate monthly financial reports
