Looking for an individual to formulate fundraising strategy.

We are in the process of opening a new facility in Las Vegas. In addition, we are looking to expand into other US and International markets. I am trying to put together a financing structure to raise money for this expansion. I want to create an asset backed security and list it on various foreign exchanges. The security will be backed by the real estate. In my current structure, my real estate entity buys the property and then leases the property to our Operating company under a 10-year lease. After 2 years the income producing property appreciates in value thus value added on both the income statement and balance sheet. We pay 15k per month on a 1M property. In this scenario if we raise 10m for the Vegas project, that’s 1.8 million per year in rent thus a 18% return on the bond investment funds secured by the property. We need the structure, registration on foreign exchanges and a market maker to make this work. I’m looking for the right individual to facilitate this project.
