Looking for 10 years exp Account background to understand CVs ( Pls do not apply without understanding my requirement)

I am running a recruitment agency and I am looking a person with excellent experience in understanding CV related to accounts & audit requirement for UK clients. I will give you varios cvs in a day sometimes may not & you only have to tell me if that cv matches with our client requirement. I need a person for 30 min to 1 hour in a day in starting. Yes after I know your caliber then I can assign you next task and I may need you for 2-4 hours ina day
