Looking for Accountant

Im looking for someone to help me create a log showing all of my Non-Profits expenses and a small amount of donations. This document will be used for tax purposes. I am a self sustained Animal Shelter so I have no idea what Im looking at funds wise but hoping I can find someone.

Also speaking fluent and well spoken English is a must as accents tend to be hard for me to understand.
