Accounting Services for Ongoing Bookkeeping
Specific Tasks:
- Bookkeeping assistance for ongoing financial transactions
- Regular reconciliation of accounts
- Email mgmt with clients
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experienced accountant with expertise in bookkeeping
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software and systems
- Ability to accurately analyze and interpret financial data
- Work and be availalbe during San Francisco hours ; 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday
- Be able to talk through whatsapp and also use skype for call US to follow up with utiity company or call
vendors as needed
Software and Systems:
- We use appfolio which is a window base software and very easy to learn
Note: The client is looking for a long-term collaboration with a dedicated accountant who can handle ongoing bookkeeping tasks and provide accurate financial analysis. Email management 4 hours a day and bookkeeping and bank reconciliation another 4 hours a day.
