As a newly established limited company in the UK, I'm searching for a professional who can help manage our accounts and file tax declarations. Although our business is relatively small, our aim is to ensure financial responsibilities are handled meticulously and on time. Below are the specific services we are looking for:
- We are currently not using any accounting software, but are open to recommendations. Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage is a plus.
- Bookkeeping and accounts preparation are necessary, so proficiency in these areas is required.
- We need assistance with corporation tax.
Given the nature of our requirements, familiarity with UK tax laws is non-negotiable. We are mainly looking for individuals who are certified accountants or have extensive experience in this field. Your responsibility will rotate around ensuring we are tax compliant and our financial records are in systematic order. Efficiency and accuracy are attributes we value highly in this role.
