Licensed CPA to review and advise on a financial report

Under the terms of a contractual agreement I must submit historical business records to calculate royalty payments. The accounting must be based on the terms of the contracts and not necessarily GAP. I will need a letter verifying the accounting methods used in the report are sound. Of course you will not be responsible to certify the numbers.
