Letter certifying sophisticated investor

Howdy, I have recently received a request from my new company to provide an accountant's letter denoting I am a sophisticated investor in order to receive pre-IPO stock options. The only qualification is that I have "a gross income of $250,000 or more per annum in each of the previous two years." I need a CPA to provide this letter and can supply my last two years of tax returns to confirm. Details on this letter, requirements, and a sample can be found here:
