We are seeking an experienced legal consultant or facilitator to assist in securing the release of an individual currently in custody in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the UAE legal system, specifically regarding bail applications and detention laws.
Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating with legal professionals and authorities in Dubai to facilitate the bail process.
Evaluate the eligibility of the individual for bail based on case details and current UAE regulations.
Communicate with police, court officials, or the public prosecutor on the client’s behalf as needed.
Coordinate necessary paperwork, secure guarantees, or arrange financial sureties if required.
Provide regular updates and communicate with the client’s family or representatives throughout the process
