U.S. LLC Setup & Tax Structuring

I'm seeking an expert in United States business registration and tax consultation to help me set up a Limited Liability Company (LLC). The business is within the service industry, and I need guidance on structuring to optimize for tax benefits.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with U.S. business formation, specifically in setting up an LLC
- Comprehensive knowledge about the U.S. tax system,
- Experience or familiarity with service industry companies would be advantageous.
- Opening of a US Bank account.
Your role would be to advise me on the entire process of business setup and ensure the business is structured in a way that is beneficial for tax purposes. To be considered, please detail your experience with LLC formation and U.S. tax laws.
I am based in South Africa. I will be providing services to US customers from South Africa.
I would like the US LLC to be owned by a foundation based in the UAE (also needs to be established)
Two equal business owners (50/50) to be accomodated.
