As a multi-member Limited Liability Company (LLC) that provides services, I am seeking a proficient and experienced tax professional to file our 1065 with K1s. A level of thoroughness is necessary since it involves multiple members.
Ideal Skills and the Ideal Freelancer:
- Proficient in United States Federal Tax Laws
- Previous experience in filing 1065 and K1s
- An understanding or background in service-related businesses
- Familiarity with LLC tax regulations
Project Tasks:
- Preparation and submission of 1065 filing
- Accurate reporting and calculation of K1s for our multiple members
- Collaboration and communication during the tax process
- Will need to be able to provide past work examples in this specific area for evidence of ability
