Need Excel spreadsheet for an accounting statement. Debtors pay me money ordered by the courts with interest. Interest rates change each quarter, so I need to be able to change that interest rate anytime.
Calculator needs to be able to keep a running balance of a debt (judgment) while applying an interest rate that changes a few times during the year. I have a hard copy if you could reverse engineer it.
