Requirements
I A limited liability office with a valid address and office for service of documents in India.
We will need company cell phones for the company partners and employees.
2 An anti money laundering Officer that can attend the office as required.
3 A Privacy officer compliance that can attend the office as required and address complaints.
4 A lawyer to review our Privacy Policy complies with Indian government regulations.
5 An Accountant CPA equivalent in Canada to produce monthly statements and tax filings.
WebPicID only accepts cash paid at a bank.
The accountant will be asked to create daily statements of deposits.
The accountant will prepare daily Profit and Loss reports.
6 Obtain services of a computer server company that has backups in only India.
This company cannot have foreign affiliates or backups.
This company needs at least 2 backups with independent backup power.
These locations must be in different parts of India.
7 We need bank accounts opened in 3 Indian banks to allow customers to make cash payments.
We will obtain the bank’s enterprise Level of services as soon as possible.
We offer a Joint Venture agreement of 50% of WebPicID India NOI revenue to the 2 partners.
WebPicID Canada and WebPicID India.
