AI Invoice Scanner and Organizer

I'm looking for AI software to streamline my accounting process as a show box accountant. The software needs to scan paper invoices (saved as PDF) and extract specific information into a designated Excel file format.

Requirements:
- Extract the following fields:
- Date
- Invoice number
- Supplier name
- Total ex VAT
- Total including VAT
- VAT
- Total invoice
- Separate purchases and expenses
- Filter information into a specific Excel file format
- Recognize and categorize invoices from a few specific suppliers
