Investor-Ready Construction App Financials
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m preparing to court investors for a patented construction-sector app and need a rock-solid financial model that tells the whole story—from the moment the patent fees clear to the day we hit the app stores and start booking revenue.
You’ll translate my technical roadmap and market research (see the attached files) into a fully integrated three-statement model: income statement, balance sheet, and cash-flow statement. Each statement should flow seamlessly across the three critical phases I’ve mapped out—patent acquisition, app development, and market launch—so investors can track cash needs, burn rate, breakeven, and upside in one place.
I’ll supply cost estimates, development milestones, and early pricing assumptions; you’ll challenge the inputs where needed, layer in industry benchmarks, and package the final numbers in a clean, investor-friendly format (Excel or Google Sheets) with dynamic assumptions I can tweak before pitch day.
Deliverables
• 3–5-year integrated financial model (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Phase-based cost and revenue schedules for Patent, Development, Launch
• Sensitivity sheet for key drivers (user growth, pricing, marketing spend)
• One-page executive summary of the headline metrics ready to drop into a pitch deck
The model must balance, print neatly, and withstand investor scrutiny—clarity, accuracy, and easy traceability back to assumptions are non-negotiable. Let me know if you need further data points from my side, and we’ll get moving.
