Interview with U.S.-based Bookkeeper: Tool Insights

I'm looking to speak with a U.S.-based bookkeeper for an in-depth interview. The purpose of this one-hour conversation is to discuss their daily workflows, challenges, and experiences with current bookkeeping tools, specifically QuickBooks (and others if you have used it).
Key discussion points will include:
- Data entry processes
- Reconciliation methods
- Overall bookkeeping workflows
I am particularly interested in understanding the challenges they face during data entry, including:
- Data accuracy and errors
- Time-consuming manual entry
- Integration with other software
This project is strictly for research purposes; I do not require any bookkeeping services. The ideal candidate will be a professional bookkeeper with extensive experience using QuickBooks (and/or other software), and is able to provide insightful feedback on common pain points and areas for improvement in bookkeeping processes.
