Internal Control & Financial Statement Auditor

We are seeking a young, dynamic Auditor/Tax Advisor to join our team in Mahe, Seychelles. Responsibilities: Conduct a comprehensive audit of the existing company to assess current financial health and compliance status. Provide expert advice on tax implications, financial restructuring, and efficient business activation strategies. Assist in setting up financial systems and processes for the new beach bar startup, ensuring compliance with local regulations and tax laws. Offer ongoing financial advice and tax planning to optimize business performance and growth. Work closely with the management team to identify financial opportunities and mitigate risks. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; a professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is highly desirable. Minimum of 2 years of experience in auditing, tax advising, or a similar role, preferably with exposure to the Seychelles business environment. Strong understanding of Seychelles tax laws and regulatory framework. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Creole is a plus.
