Integrate AI Accounting Into Website

I have an existing website that needs a smart accounting layer. The goal is to weave AI-driven functionality directly into the current codebase so visitors (and I) can handle everyday bookkeeping tasks without leaving the site.

What I’m after

• An AI backbone that can categorise transactions automatically, flag anomalies, and surface quick insights (for example, month-end summaries or cash-flow alerts).
• Clean, well-documented code that slots neatly into the tech stack already in place. If you prefer Python, Node, or another modern framework, let me know how you’ll make it sing with the existing setup.

Scope of work
1. Review the current site architecture and identify integration points.
2. Build or connect an AI model geared toward general accounting tasks; using open-source libraries or a reputable API is fine as long as accuracy and data privacy are solid.
3. Implement the user-facing components—dashboards, forms, and report outputs—so they feel native, not bolted on.
4. Test against real-world sample data, iterating until results are reliable and the UX is smooth.
5. Hand off with clear instructions for future maintenance.

Acceptance criteria
• Automated categorisation accuracy ≥ 90 % on test data
• All financial calculations reconcile with supplied examples
• No critical accessibility or performance regressions on the live site
