Individual Business Financial Analysis -- 4
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I need a thorough, data-driven review of one company’s financial health. The assignment centers on a complete individual business assessment—balance sheet, income statement, and cash-flow analysis—so that I can understand performance trends, liquidity, solvency, and overall credit-worthiness before deciding on the next growth move.
Scope of work
• Gather and clean the most recent three years of financial statements (I can supply PDFs or raw ledgers).
• Build an Excel-based model that calculates key ratios—profitability, leverage, efficiency, and coverage.
• Compare results against relevant industry benchmarks where data is available.
• Identify red-flags and strengths that influence credit risk.
• Deliver a concise written report (Word or PDF) translating the numbers into actionable insights and recommendations.
Acceptance criteria
• All formulas visible and editable in the spreadsheet.
• Narrative clearly ties each finding to a practical action or risk item.
• Figures reconcile to source documents with no unexplained variances.
Experience with credit appraisal, CAM/CAR style write-ups, or banking-level due-diligence is a plus, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic financial-model auditing tools will keep the process smooth. Confidentiality is essential; all data shared stays strictly under NDA.
