Income / Expenses spreadsheet

I am looking for someone to create a basic income / expenses spreadsheet that tracks both income and expenses. I have some ideas of what needs to go into the spreadsheet, such as categories for income and expenses, but I am open to suggestions on how to further develop it. The spreadsheet should be basic with minimal functions, as I only need basic tracking capabilities and it needs to be created in an account ring software program like quickbooks.
