Income-Based Business Valuation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a professional to conduct an income-based valuation of my business using the 'Multiple of Earnings' method. The valuation should consider:
- Historical earnings
- Projected earnings
- Earnings from comparable companies
The business is a wedding venue that has been operating for close to 20 years and being done part-time with 2 people while living on-premises. No land or structural assets. Physically assets would be tables, chairs, linens etc to operate the business. We are selling the land and dwellings and business as one price. I will get a residential appraisal on the land and structures after completing the business evaluation
