Import Quick Book from Desktop to Online

We have 2 online QuickBook accounts, one that is in use to create billings, and another completely empty.
We have a QuickBook account on the Desktop, which is used for Payroll, expenses, and checks.
We need to export the QuickBook desktop to the empty QuickBooks online account, and then unify the online production account with the new empty account that was imported from QuickBooks, the idea is to have a single online database.
