Immediate Opening for Experienced Bookkeeper

We are a public company in united states and we are seeking to hire an experienced bookkeeper to join our team. This position actively manages the daily activities of the accounting function to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient operation of the department.

Responsibilities include:
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
General Ledger
Bank reconciliation of multiple accounts
Financial Statements prepared on QuickBooks

The ideal candidate will possess at a minimum:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting a plus, but not required
Proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel
Diligent, highly efficient and accurate, with extreme attention to detail and exceptional organizational and
time management skills
Self-starter, effective follow through and timely in providing status updates
Desire to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, empowered environment, yet one that is committed to GAAP standards
Must be thoroughly familiar with and capable of utilizing accrual accounting methodology
Minimum 3 to 5 years experience
