IRS/Tax negotiator

I hear the ads on the radio to get a deal with the IRS for liablity reduction and a payment plan. Talking to brick and mortar businesses, it is quite expensive to get going with this. I want to find someone that knows how to successfully get the IRS to give any reductions/forgiveness and then help me get set up to make payments over time to catch up as I have gotten behind.

Only apply if you have experience negotiating liablility forgiveness and reduction with the IRS and tell me vague examples of what you have acheived.
