Hospitality POS Systems Reconciliation Expert Needed
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
As a growing entity in the hospitality sector, I am seeking a professional who can assist in reconciling multiple POS systems (Toast, triple seat, margin edge, REX, fareharbor and tock) to our bank and subsequently to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile sales transactions and customer reservations from various POS systems to our bank and then to QBO.
- Create a comprehensive reconciliation process as we currently have none.
Ideal Candidate Skills:
- Proven experience with the mentioned POS systems.
- Strong understanding of bank reconciliation and QBO.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to create clear, comprehensive documentation.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
