Hong Kong-based Expert Accountant Needed
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced accountant based in Hong Kong to support our business with a range of essential accounting and compliance services. This role is ideal for a qualified accounting professional or firm with a strong understanding of Hong Kong’s corporate and tax environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing company secretarial services, ensuring compliance with Hong Kong Companies Ordinance requirements.
Handle company formation and business registration processes.
Prepare annual financial statements and liaise with external auditors as needed.
Manage profits tax filing and ensure compliance with Inland Revenue Department regulations.
Offer general accounting and bookkeeping advice, including best practices for record-keeping and financial reporting.
Requirements:
Based in Hong Kong with strong knowledge of local tax, audit, and regulatory frameworks.
Proven experience in providing accounting and compliance services to small or medium-sized businesses.
Fluent in English (Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus).
CPA qualification or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory if demonstrable experience exists.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and responsive in communication.
