Hiring Accountant for my Restaurant Business

I need to hire an accountant for my company to oversee and manage my accounting software Quickbook. The chosen candidate need to be proficient in the following:
1) Be an Expert in Quickbook
2) Understand Singapore Accounting Practice
3) Able to keep the book in Compliance with Singapore IRAS standard
4) Need to be able to communicate effectively with me
5) Have understanding on Food and Beverage Business
If you can do a good job, you will be permanently hired to take care of my accounts remotely.
