Help with business startup, profitability analysis, product costing

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to assist me with my business startup. I am starting an organic composting business, and estimate a monthly budget of more than $5000 for the startup. For this project, I require help in penciling out profitable roadmap for the business, estimating production costs, profitability assessment, possibly market analysis, product costing, setup proper bookkeeping. Assistance with legal and regulatory requirements is not necessary.
