Help with Reporting Belgian LLC Asset
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm an American citizen holding a 25% stake in a Belgian LLC, Corporation C. With tax obligations looming on October 15, I need professional assistance to properly report this foreign asset.
Here's what I specifically need help with:
- Filing the required tax forms: I need to complete and submit Form 5471 (Information Return of U.S. Persons With Respect to Certain Foreign Corporations). This needs to be double checked.
- I have all financial documents from Corporation C to complete Form 5471, however, they are in Dutch.
An English speaking CPA is available to assist with any necessary interpretation. You will have to work over Zoom between 8 am - 9 am CDT to connect with Belgian CPA who is CET.
Ideal candidates for this project should be well-versed in U.S. tax regulations regarding foreign assets and have experience with Form 5471 or assess which is the correct form to use. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work under a tight deadline.
