Help setting up a CPA Practice

I am planning to start my own CPA practice. I need someone who has already gone through the process, has a PPC and their own CPA firm, to guide me through the process. What are the dos and donts, business structures, PII, branding etc.
I believe the session will take about 1-2 hours and I will be needing help with all aspects of starting and running a CPA practice.
