Help to set up Financial Accounting

I will be opening a LLC soon and will need an accountant to keep track of the books. I would like somebody to help me set up an accounting system with profit loss statements. Right now we have a total of 6 members within the business and we do around 40 to 60 transactions a month.

I am looking for somebody that can just set it up and keep it going.
