Help maintaining spreadsheet of personal finances

Hello! I'm in need of help maintaining a Google spreadsheet of my personal financial data. Specifically, I need to track my income and expenses—possibly my investments, savings, debts, or loans later down the road. I am already proficient with spreadsheets on an intermediate level, and so I don't require guidance in setting up the software, but simply tracking the data consistently. Ultimately, I'm looking for someone to help me ensure my data is organized and up to date and accessible in a timely fashion. I would prefer to work with someone that lives in India or Philippines… and is proficient in all areas of English and is able to communicate verbally and through messages in a timely fashion. Would probably have a maximum of a couple hours of work per week available. Pay per hour is negotiable, although I would prefer to not pay more than $6 per hour. Will need to sign a NDA.
