Help getting quickbooks set up and running for 2021

I'm a sole proprietor just getting my business together. I need some help setting up my chart of accounts and understanding how to record all my transactions, especially PayPal, and reconciling my accounts. I have a list of specific questions and some confusing transactions I need help sorting out.
