I am urgently looking for a freelancer who has a strong finance and auditing background, specifically with experience in the Public Housing Program. You will be needed for a variety of tasks including:
- Preparation of financial statements
- Performing compliance tests
- Measuring and managing risk levels
The ideal candidate is a trained & certified CPA who can handle these tasks efficiently and meticulously while abiding by HUD guidelines. Previous experience with HUD audits and public housing is a huge plus. Ability to ensure timely completion of tasks is also essential.
