Guardianship / Probate

I was never given notice of the hearing on the fourth accounting of my son's estate. The hearing was set forth on 01/13/22 and the court is going to approve the accounting if I don't submit my objections. Unfortunately I contracted COVID and cannot make the objections in time and I need an attorney to file a motion requesting a ninety-day continuance.
