We are seeking an experienced German tax advisor with deep expertise of payroll and salary sacrifice products.


This role will support our team in ensuring compliance with German tax laws guide the build of the tax logic behind our pricing and payroll tools.


Key Responsibilities:


Advise on the tax treatment of salary sacrifice products in Germany
Ensure full compliance with German payroll and tax regulations
Support set up and ongoing ad-hoc development of our electric car salary sacrifice product
Translate tax rules into clear logic for our pricing and payroll calculation tools
Collaborate with product, legal, and engineering teams


Requirements:


Proven experience in payroll taxation and salary sacrifice schemes
Strong understanding of German income tax and social security laws
Ability to communicate complex tax topics clearly to non-experts
Business proficient English
Fluent German
