General Accounting for company

I have a small company of less than 50 employees and I currently have an accounting system in place, although I need assistance in managing it. I am looking for an experienced freelancer to provide payroll services to help maintain the financial organization of my business.
The freelancer will be responsible for preparing payroll taxes, such as making federal and state withholding payments and filing all required forms, in a timely manner. Additionally, they must ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of all payroll related information. They should have excellent accounting skills and be able to assist with any payroll related queries and challenges.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling payroll responsibilities for small to medium-sized businesses, an intimate knowledge of the Canadian Employment and Labour Laws, experience in compiling and filing employee records with various government authorities, and good interpersonal skills.
We are looking for an individual who is organized, detail-oriented and deadline-driven, with the ability to complete their tasks with accuracy and minimal supervision.
