2025 Full-Service Bookkeeping

I need someone who can take full ownership of my small business books for the entire 2025 fiscal year in QuickBooks. All daily transactions—sales, expenses, bank feeds, credit-card charges—should be captured, categorized, and reconciled on a timely basis so my financials are always audit-ready.

Using QuickBooks Online, you will:
• Reconcile every bank and credit-card account monthly
• Maintain an accurate, well-organized chart of accounts
• Prepare monthly profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow reports
• Flag unusual transactions or missing documentation for my review
• Close each month so year-end tax prep is smooth and fast

I’m a small business, so communication is straightforward: once the initial setup is complete, I expect concise monthly summaries and a quick call only when something urgent pops up. All source documents will be shared through a secure cloud folder, and you’ll have direct accountant-level access to QuickBooks.
