Freelance procurement specialists

I run an internet-based company and need a hands-on procurement specialist who can optimize our sourcing process and deliver measurable savings. The immediate goal is to streamline supplier selection while performing a rigorous Should-Cost Analysis on our most purchased items.

Here is what I need from you:
• Identify and pre-qualify a short-list of reliable suppliers for each key category, focusing on total landed cost, quality, and lead-time.
• Prepare and issue RFQs, consolidate responses, and present a clear comparison matrix that highlights negotiation levers.
• Build a detailed Should-Cost Analysis for our top spend items, showing material, labor, overhead, and margin breakdowns so we can benchmark fair pricing.
• Draft or refine purchase-order templates and a simple tracking sheet that keeps orders, delivery dates, and variances organized.

Deliver everything in Google Sheets or Excel, plus a concise slide deck that summarizes findings and recommendations. Please bring proven experience in supplier sourcing and cost analytics—ideally for tech or online businesses—and be comfortable working with data tools such as Excel pivot tables, Power Query, or Tableau.
