Freelance Finance Accountant

I run a finance-focused practice and need an experienced accountant who prefers pure freelance work rather than a fixed full- or part-time contract. Your core mission is to keep my books clean, accurate, and compliant while giving me clear, timely insight into cash flow and overall financial health.
Typical tasks will include:
• Posting and reconciling transactions in my cloud ledger
• Preparing monthly profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow statements
• Liaising with me on tax-ready figures and any compliance questions
• Offering ad-hoc advice on cost control or process improvements when trends jump out
I already use QuickBooks Online, so solid proficiency there is essential; comfort with Excel or Google Sheets for deeper analysis is a plus. All source documents will be shared through a secure drive, and most communication will be asynchronous—perfect if you like setting your own hours.
Deliverables are the completed, fully reconciled financial statements by the 5th business day of each month, plus rapid answers (within 24 hours) to any follow-up questions. Accuracy and confidentiality are non-negotiable; please highlight past finance-sector clients or similar freelance accounting successes in your bid.
