I'm seeking a skilled freelance bookkeeper for my small software and consulting firm. Key responsibilities include:
- Monthly client billing: This is the top priority, as it's crucial for our cash flow.
- Bank reconciliation: Ensuring our records align with the bank's.
- Payroll processing: Handling our small team's payroll through OnPay.
- Monthly financial statements: Providing a clear picture of our financial health.
- Possible small admin tasks: These may arise, depending on the month.
The ideal candidate should be proficient in Xero, as this is our primary accounting software. Familiarity with OnPay and Quickbase is a plus. The workload is approximately 5 hours per month.
A strong background in bookkeeping and attention to detail are essential for this role. Experience with client billing in a consulting or software firm would be highly beneficial. I'm looking for someone reliable and proactive, who can help keep our financial operations running smoothly.
