Franchise FDD Item 19 Analysis

I’m preparing the Item 19 Financial Performance Representation for our upcoming Franchise Disclosure Document and need a thorough, regulator-ready analysis built entirely on our historical data. The job centers on reviewing how each individual franchise unit has actually performed—pulling raw sales figures, cost details, and margins straight from our P&L files—then compiling that information into a clear, compliant Item 19 narrative with supporting tables or charts.
You’ll work only with past performance; no forecasts are necessary. Accuracy and consistency across units are critical, as is strict confidentiality. I’ll supply the raw unit-level statements in Excel along with any existing management notes. What I expect back is a polished Item 19 section (Word or Google Docs) plus the underlying summary workbook that shows your calculations and any assumptions you made, ready for legal review and immediate inclusion in the FDD.
