Fractional CFO

I would like advise regarding cash flow strategy/analysis, financing and generally cleaning up the "books". I am a general contractor and my company focuses on windows, doors and storm protection. I have 24 employees and have projected revenue of $5M this year. We have experienced growth over the past year which has forced us to fine tune our processes.
